The basics of using this website and placing an order with us.
Placing an order
Email, fax or visit our showroom. We do not take engraving information over the phone. Submit orders and/or engraving by emailing it to mail@westerntrophyboise.com.
Pricing
Prices on this website are listed for reference. Engraving is quoted by product, and engraving and artwork charges apply where noted. Please confirm current pricing when you order.
Turn-around time
Our average turn-around time is 3-5 working days. Production time for special and custom orders will be quoted at the time of order. Production time for items not in stock ranges from 6-9 working days. Promotional products can take 3-5 weeks.
Payment
Visa, MasterCard and cash are all acceptable. All orders are paid for when they are picked up. Custom orders require a 50% down when the order is placed.
Shipping
We regularly ship orders by UPS or Parcel Post. There will be a small handling fee in addition to the actual shipping charges.
Your artwork
By sending artwork or logos you confirm that you have the right to have them reproduced. We also offer artwork services and can usually get your art workable for a nominal fee.
What we cannot engrave
We cannot engrave watches, jewelry or firearms.

Product photos may show sample engraving. Links to supplier catalogues lead to other companies’ websites, which we do not control.
