Privacy Policy
How we handle the details you share through this website.
What we collect
When you send a quote request we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, product type, style number, quantity, event date, engraving text and message, along with any artwork you attach.
How we use it
We use these details to answer your request, quote your order and produce your engraving. We keep them only as long as we need them for your order and our records.
Who sees it
We do not sell your details. They may pass through the email or form service that delivers your request to us.
Google Maps and other links
Pages with a map load it from Google, which may set its own cookies. Links to Facebook, Google and supplier catalogues take you to those sites, and their own privacy policies apply there.
Stored on your device
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It may store a small setting in your browser so that a notice does not reappear too soon.
